About Zaptime

Zaptime is an online booking calendar for scheduling meetings, calls and services, built in Prague, Czech Republic. It started as a local answer to tools like Calendly: a scheduler that speaks Czech and English, understands European invoicing and payments, and can be embedded straight into your own website.

What Zaptime does

You set when you are available and Zaptime handles the rest: it shares a booking link or an embedded calendar, prevents clashes with your Google, Outlook and Apple calendars, sends confirmations and reminders, generates Zoom or Google Meet links and can collect payment up front through Stripe. Teams distribute meetings between members, shops schedule consultations, recruiters run interviews and coaches book training sessions. Developers get a public API, a Vue component and webhooks; AI assistants get an MCP server.

Who is behind Zaptime

The service is operated by Zaptime s.r.o., company ID 17238595, VAT ID CZ17238595, registered at Novomlýnská 1237/2, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, and recorded in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 368170. The development and support team is based in Prague and has been building the product since 2022. Zaptime belongs to the same group as the Topol.io email editor, which is where its experience with embeddable tools comes from.

Numbers and trust

More than 40,000 meetings have been scheduled through Zaptime. Data is stored in the European Union; personal data handling is described in the privacy policy and the service rules in the terms of use. Uptime is published at status.zaptime.app.
